But everyone agrees on one point - that physical fitness is a must for every day living and to get the best out of life. Physical fitness does not come out of jars nor is it free or easy. The important thing is that these courses have to be followed religiously
and regularly. Then only will they benefit the person. Within a few days
one can see the difference. The fat will dissolve, the muscles will tighten
